试论生态水利工程的基本设计原则

摘    要:本文简要分析了水利工程对于河流生态系统胁迫问题,提出应重视河流生态系统健康和可持续性的需求。生态水利工程学是水利工程学与生态学相融合产生的新分支学科,目的是改进和完善水利工程的规划设计方法。本文归纳了生态水利工程的五项基本原则,它们是:工程安全性与经济性原则;提高河流形态的空间异质性原则;生态系统自设计与自我恢复原则;景观尺度与整体修复原则;反馈和调整设计原则。

Abstract:The concept of eco-hydraulic engineering is proposed. It integrates the technology of hydraulic engineering with ecology. Based on the analysis on coercive effect of hydraulic engineering on river ecological system, the requirements for ensuring healthy ecological system and sustainable development for river are suggested. These requirements include the principles in five scopes: engineering safety and economy, spatial heterogeneity of river morphology, self-design and self-remedial ability of ecosystem, landscape scale and overall rehabilitation ability of ecosystem, design methodology and process based on feedback and adjustment.
