| 摘 要： | 本文对城市洪涝灾害的承灾体、致灾因子、孕灾环境的作用机理进行了分析。总结了城市洪涝灾害成灾模式的变化趋势，及城市化对洪涝灾害成灾特性的影响。在探讨城市灾前价值评估和洪灾经济损失率确定的一般方法基础上，建立了洪灾直接经济损失的评估与预测模型，并对天津市滨海新区的洪涝灾害损失情况进行了实际评估和预测。

| Abstract: | The synthetic effects of the suffered body due to disaster,factors leading to disaster and environment forming disaster on urban flood disaster are investigated.The changing trend of urban flood disaster mode and the effect of urbanization on characteristics of flood disaster are summarized.A model for evaluation and prediction of direct economic loss is established.The model is applied to the evaluation and prediction of the flood disaster loss happened to the littoral region of Tianjin city. |
