摘    要:针对水利工程及基础中监测同个物理量的同类仪器个数较少,监测仪器运行环境恶劣和监测仪器改造导致缺测等问题,应用模糊推理的数据融合理论,构建了水利水电工程及基础监测信息模糊推理融合框架,提出了工程及基础性态转异诊断的数据融合方法,提取了诊断工程健康和安全状况评价的有效信息。工程实例表明,该方法对水利水电工程与基础信息融合及结构转异诊断是可行的,并有较大的推广应用价值。

Abstract:The water conservancy and hydro-power structure and foundation monitoring information fuzzy reasoning fusion framework is established in this paper based on data fusion and fuzzy reasoning theory.The framework is aimed at the problems such as the number of the same kind monitoring instruments that monitor the same physical quantity is limited,the operational environment of the monitoring instruments is rough,and the monitoring data set is not complete due to the modification of the monitoring instruments.The data fusion method for the diagnosis of the engineering structure and foundation abnormal behavior is proposed.The valid information about the health and safety status of the engineering project is extracted.Examples indicate that this method is feasible for data fusion and structure abnormal behavior diagnosis of water conservancy and hydro-power structure and foundation and is worth promoting.
