摘    要:为加大城市径流雨水源头减排的刚性约束、减轻城市排水系统压力和增强城市防涝能力,基于海绵城市倡导的雨水就地积存、渗透等理念,本文针对屋面雨水位置水头大、集水效率高的特点,提出利用滑轮组原理对重力流雨水过程自动弃流与收集、利用多种传感器技术以及单片机原理对雨水智能洁净收集与涵养地下水等屋面雨水源头调控技术,通过分析雨水收集过程和涵养地下水过程,论证了调控技术的可行性。同时,分析了利用绿色屋顶系统滞留雨水技术,并归纳出绿色屋顶的施工工艺流程。屋面雨水源头减排与调控方法研究为指导海绵城市建设、提高城市防涝和防灾减灾能力提供技术支撑。

Abstract:Based on the sponge city advocating accumulation on the spot and natural penetration of rainwa-ter, some technologies of roof rainwater harvesting, recharging groundwater and green roof were presented to increase the source reduction of rainwater runoff, decrease the pressure of urban drainage system, and enhance the capacity to prevent waterlogging. According to the characteristics of high head and easy collec-tion on roof runoff,this study analyzed the design scheme of rainwater harvesting and split-flow for roof ini-tial rainwater using belt-pulley systems,recharging groundwater after rainwater collection using multiple sen-sors and microcontrollers,and normalized the construction procedure of them on the base of analysis of ex-isting green roof systems. The implementation of roof runoff source reduction and process control technolo-gies and methods can provide great support for constructing sponge city, preventing urban waterlogging, flood control and disaster prevention,etc.
