黄河水资源配置博弈均衡模型

摘    要:本文以黄河流域水资源配置为案例,通过构建水资源配置博弈均衡模型,运用非合作博弈理论证明了由于制度的缺陷和个体理性的存在,开放式用水仍然是现状流域各省区的自主选择;并根据流域用水存在的合作潜力,利用合作博弈理论对未来黄河水资源配置提出初步的制度安排。

Abstract:Since water resources deployment is a kind of benefits re-allocation,the benefits appeal of all water users must be considered in the deployment.The dissertation has proved that open-access model is still self-selection of current basin participants' by applying non-cooperative game theory in the case of the Yellow River.Furthermore,a primary institutional design has been made for future Yellow River's water resources deployment by using cooperative game theory according to the cooperative potential in the whole basin.
