我国高坝建设的现状和面临的挑战

摘    要:高坝和超高坝建设是水资源综合利用和水能资源开发的需要。为满足国民经济快速发展对水资源和电力供应的要求,高坝建设迎来了前所未有的契机。近50年,特别是改革开放以来,我国高坝建设技术取得了令人注目的进步,总体上处于世界先进水平。随着水电开发的不断深入,高坝工程的地质条件将更为复杂,大坝失事的危害也无法承受,超高坝建设仍然面临着许多困难和挑战。本文在简要回顾国内外高坝、超高坝建设经验的基础上,根据我国在建和拟建高坝(尤其是200m以上超高坝)的特点,对超高坝选型中特别重要的一些影响因素进行了分析和讨论,对坝型和枢纽布置选择、建筑物边坡和基础处理等主要问题进行了研讨,并提出了合理化的建议,以期为高坝的设计研究提供有益的参考。

Abstract:In recent 50 years, especially after the reformation and opening, China has made great achievements in high dam constructions. However, following the development of hydropower, the extrahigh dam constructions in China are facing many difficulties and challenges. After briefly reviewing high dam and extra-high dam constructions in China and abroad, according to the actual characteristics of high dams, especially those higher than 200m, many aspects influencing the safety of dam, have been discussed such as choice of dam site, dam type and general layouts, treatment of slopes and foundations, design and research on dam shape, dam materials and seismic safety evaluation. Some suggestions for the above aspects are given.
