中山市主城区内涝风险区划

摘    要:对中山市主城区内涝点进行调查,并建立中山市主城区的河网及陆地一、二维水动力模型及排水管网模型,模拟中山市遭遇各频率暴雨时受灾情况的基础上,借鉴指标体系法的思想,将历史灾情及模型模拟的灾情、地形地面高程、防洪治涝系统、综合状况(人口和经济)、防灾抗灾能力6个方面作为中山市主城区内涝风险指标,通过对各指标进行权重拟定、分级、赋值和叠加运算,得到中山市主城区内涝风险区划成果.

Abstract:Based on the survey of current waterlogging point situation and waterlogging result of different frequency rain simulated by river network-land and drainage system model,six factors are considered as waterlogging risk indexes of Zhongshan''s main city area, which including waterlogging in history and the model, topography and elevation, flood and waterlogging control system, comprehension situation(population &economy),the ability of disaster prevention. Finally, waterlogging risk distribution in Zhongshan''s main city area are made by weight setting, grading, value assignment and overlay operations of each index.
