| 摘 要： | 根据库区资源环境容量、水库淹没特性等实际情况,韩江高陂水利枢纽工程采用长期补偿为主的移民生产安置方案.该文主要探讨了长期补偿安置的适用条件及其存在的问题和建议,研究表明长期补偿生产安置方案能有效解决耕地资源紧缺的制约,可供同类工程参考和借鉴.

| Abstract: | According to the resources environmental capacity and reservoir flood characteristics and so on. The Hanjianggaobei hydor-junction project using long-term compensation production settlement. This paper discusses the applicable conditions, problems and suggestions of long term compensation. It shows that the long-term compensation production settlement can effectively slove the problem of shortage of cultivated land resources constraints. The study can provide reference for the similar project. |
