浅谈阳江抽水蓄能电站自产加工砂石料单价分析

摘    要:砂石料是抽水蓄能电站主要的工程材料,随着越来越多的抽水蓄能电站开始采用自产加工砂石料,准确合理分析其单价对于工程造价确定的意义也越来越重大。本文结合阳江抽水蓄能电站下库砂石料加工系统,阐述了运用工序单价法计算自产加工砂石料单价的过程,经计算可知,自产加工砂石料价格显著低于砂石料市场价格,很大程度上节省了工程总投资。为抽水蓄能电站及其他水电工程自产加工砂石料单价的计算分析提供了一定的借鉴和参考意义。

Abstract:Sand and aggregate is the main engineering material of pumped storage power station,as more and more pumped storage power plants to adopt the artificial sand and aggregate, the accurate and reasonable analysis of its price is more and more important for determining the construction cost. The process of calculating the price of artificial sand and aggregate by using the process price method are introduced,combined with the sand and aggregate processing system in the reservoir below of Yangjiang Pumped Storage Power Station. According to the calculation, the price of artificial sand and aggregate is significantly lower than the market price of sand and aggregate,which saves the investment. At the same time, this paper also provides some reference for the calculation and analysis of the price of artificial sand and aggregate from the pumped storage power station and other hydropower projects.
