矿物掺合料对生态混凝土力学性能的影响

摘    要:矿物掺合料加入混凝土中可替代部分水泥,目前矿物掺合料对混凝土性能的影响已获得大量的研究成果并已经广泛应用与混凝土的制备中。鉴于矿物掺合料复掺制备生态混凝土的系统研究尚少,该文利用矿物掺合料制备生态混凝土并对其力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,单掺硅灰、矿渣对生态混凝土的力学性能的影响规律一致,相比于空白样,掺入硅灰或矿渣后生态混凝土的力学性能显著提高,但掺量的增加对力学性能的影响不大;随着Ⅰ级粉煤灰的掺量增加,生态混凝土力学性能同样有所提高;对生态混凝土抗压强度影响的强弱为硅灰掺量矿渣掺量粉煤灰,并且最优组合为硅灰6%、矿渣30%、粉煤灰10%;适宜掺量的矿粉和粉煤灰的掺入有利于提高生态混凝土抗干湿交替的性能。

Abstract:Mineral admixtures could be added to replace parts of the cement, many studies on the performance of concrete with mineral admixtures are reported and mineral admixtures has been widely used in the preparation of concrete.Mechanical properties of eco-concrete with mineral admixtures have been studied in this paper.The results show that single add the silica fume or slag has the same effect on the mechanical properties of the ecological concrete.Compared with the blank sample, the mechanical properties of the ecological concrete are significantly increased after the silica fume or slag is added, but has little effect with the increase of the content.With the increase of grade I fly ash, the mechanical properties of eco-concrete are also improved.The influence of the compressive strength on the concrete is the amount of silica fume> slag content> fly ash, and the optimal combination is 6% of silica fume, 30% of slag, 10% of fly ash;The blending of slag powder and fly ash is beneficial to improve the performance of eco-concrete.
