金沙江中游与长江中下游洪水遭遇规律分析

摘    要:按照《长江流域防洪规划》和《长江流域综合规划》的安排,金沙江中游已建及在建的6座梯级水库每年7月份共预留防洪库容17.78亿m3,配合三峡水库进行长江中下游防洪。基于金沙江攀枝花站和长江中游螺山、城陵矶、宜昌站的洪量和洪水过程并考虑泄水传播时间及区间来水过程,详细分析了金沙江中游洪水与长江中下游洪水的遭遇规律。研究结果可为金沙江中游梯级水库防洪调度方式的建立提供技术支撑,有利于充分发挥水库群的防洪效益。

Analysis on flood encountering law of middle Jinsha River and mid-lower Yangtze River
Abstract:According to the Flood Control Planning of Yangtze River Basin and Comprehensive Planning of Yangtze River Basin, the flood control capacity of 6 reservoirs built and being-built on middle Jinsha River will be 1.778 billion m3, so as to cooperate the flood control for mid-lower Yangtze River with Three Gorges Reservoir. The flood encountering law of middle Jinsha River and middle Yangtze River are analyzed in detail based on the flood quantity and flood routing process of Panzhihua Hydrological Station on Jinsha River and Luoshan, Chenglingji and Yichang hydrological stations on middle Yangtze River, with consideration of the flood propagation time and interval flood incoming process. The analysis results can provide technical support for the operation programme of the reservoirs on the middle Jinsha River, in order to give full play to the flood control benefits of the reservoir group.
