受输电通道容量约束的水电弃水研究

摘    要:为了准确量化因输电通道容量不足造成的水电"窝电"电量大小,通过跟踪水电富集区电力生产及送出情况,在完善现有水电理论弃水电量计算方法的基础上,进一步提出了输电通道断面受阻弃水电量概念和计算方法,并就水电弃水电量在用电高峰、低谷时段的分布进行了探讨,最后以并入四川电网茂县输电通道的水电集群为例进行了验证。结果显示:该地区60%~70%的水电弃水发生在用电低谷时段,且受输电通道容量不足造成的受阻弃水电量占比仅为3. 4%,剩余96. 6%的弃水电量可以通过开辟用电增量、引导合理用电以降低负荷峰谷差等措施加以利用。

Abstract:In order to accurately calculate the hydropower abandoned water caused by the poor transmission capacity of hydro plants, the concept of the hydropower abandoned water caused by transmission channel impedence and its calculation method were first proposed on the basis of investigation on electric power production and delivery situations in hydropower rich areas, and perfection of the existing hydropower abandoned water calculation methods. In addition, the distribution of the abandoned water in peak and low power consumption period were discussed. Finally, it had been verified by the Maoxian County transmission channel that connects to Sichuan Power Grid. The results showed that: 60%-70% of the hydropower abandoned water occurred at low load period; only 3.4% of the abandoned water was caused by poor transmission capacity, the remaining 96.6% of the abandoned water could be utilized by increasing power consumption and guiding reasonable utilization to reduce the peak and valley load difference and so on.
