帷幕灌浆回浆变浓孔段水泥灌入量计量研究——以桐子林水电站为例

摘    要:目前在灌浆孔段水泥灌入量的计量中,如何考虑“回浆变浓”影响的相应计量方法研究成果很少,相关规范对此也未明确规定。以桐子林水电站坝基帷幕灌浆工程施工为例,针对帷幕灌浆施工“小循环”灌浆系统的布置特点及“孔口封闭、自上而下分段、孔内循环”的施工工艺特性,通过对灌浆过程实际水泥灌入量与自动记录仪记录到的灌入岩体浆液体积所含水泥量、灌注水泥浆液密度的相关关系进行分析研究,确定了桐子林水电站坝基帷幕灌浆“回浆变浓”孔段水泥灌入量的计算方法。相关经验可供类似工程借鉴。

Abstract:At present, there are few research results on how to take into account the effect of "dense slurry returning" in the measurement of cement grouting quantity in relevant sections, and there is no clear regulation on this in the relevant codes. Taking curtain grouting for dam foundation of Tongzilin Hydropower Station as an example, the grouting layout is characterized as "small circulation" grouting system in curtain grouting and the construction technology characteristics are described as "hole mouth sealing, top-down segmentation, and in-hole circulation". Based on analysis of the relationship between the actual cement grouting amount in grouting process and the cement content and the slurry density recorded by the automatic recording instrument, the measurement method of cement grouting quantity in dense slurry returning section of dam foundation curtain grouting was determined. Relevant experiences can be used as references in similar projects.
