浅议云南勐腊县河道采砂规划

由于缺乏科学系统的采砂规划,西双版纳州勐腊县河道采砂基本处于无序状态,对河势、防洪、涉水工程安全、生态环境造成了不利影响。在调查采砂现状的基础上,论证了该地区采砂规划编制的必要性,同时结合河势演变、泥沙补给、储量调查分析,提出了禁采区、可采区和保留区的划分方案,以期为勐腊县河道采砂走上规范、有序的轨道提供科学依据。

Study on sand mining regulation of Mengla County,Yunnan Province

Due to the lack of scientific and systematic sand mining planning, sand mining in the river channel of Mengla County, Xishuangbanna Prefecture was basically in a disordered state, which has a negative impact on river regime, flood control, water engineering safety and ecological environment. On the basis of the investigation of sand mining status, the necessity of sand mining planning is demonstrated in this paper. And in combination with the analysis of the river regime evolution, sediment recharge and reserve, the division scheme of forbidden zones, available zones and reserved zones for sand mining was put forward, which can provide scientific basis for sand mining in river channel of Mengla County.
