项目业主在潘口水电站移民工作中的管理实践

针对潘口水电站工程建设规模大，涉及搬迁移民人数众多的特点，为全力推进移民工作，项目业主积极配合地方政府，采取一系列有效措施，探索出了新时期大中型水电工程移民工作的有效做法，实现了迁建速度快、建设标准高、社会稳定、移民安居乐业、拉动效益显著的工作成效，得到了各级领导的高度赞誉和社会的普遍认可。结合新时期水电工程移民的任务和特点，提出了创新移民工作管理的理念与思路。

Management practice of owner in resettlement work of Pankou Hydropower Station

The construction scale of Pankou Hydropower Station is large and so is the resettlement population.In order to promote resettlement work,the owner cooperated with the local government actively and adopted a series of effective measures.The effective way of dealing with the resettlement of large-middle scale hydropower projects in new period is explored.The achievement of quick relocation,high construction standard,stable society,happy life of immigrants and obvious economic pulling effect are realized.Some new concepts of management practice in resettlement work of hydropower projects in new period are proposed.
