| 摘 要： | 为了分析和解决环鄱阳湖区目前水资源开发利用中存在的问题以及今后水资源可持续利用方面需解决的问题,根据政府批准实施的水资源分配方案,建立了环鄱阳湖区水资源平衡分析模型,并运用模型对环鄱阳湖各用水区进行了水量平衡分析计算。在满足河道基本生态需水的前提下,分析了各区的缺水情况。通过分析发现,环鄱阳湖各区用水对入湖河流来水依赖较大,水资源时间分配上存在不均衡情况,湖区每年都有不同程度的旱涝灾害发生。针对所分析的问题,提出了相应的对策措施。
