| 摘 要： | 针对工程项目管理软件P3（Primavera Project Planner，P3e/c）在应用过程中与国内工程使用习惯不相适应的问题，结合我国水利水电工程施工管理的特点，对P3软件进行了二次开发，并应用于重庆小南海水电站工程施工进度计划的研究中，对其不同工期的完工概率进行分析。应用结果表明，通过编制P3toCAD程序，能够在一张进度表中同时反映几个资源的单独强度柱状图，且得到的资源曲线符合国内水利水电工程的表达习惯。
