多泥沙河流水轮机泥沙磨蚀及防护研究

摘    要:多泥沙河流运行的水电站均存在水轮机磨蚀的问题。为了寻求可行的措施以减少水轮机的泥沙磨蚀、改善机组运行条件、延长检修周期和提高水电站的经济效益,在实地调研的基础上,分别从泥沙特性、建筑物及机组设计、运行条件等方面造成水轮机磨蚀的因素进行了分析,提出了优化水轮机设计、提高调度和运行合理性、加强状态检修和水轮机过流部件防护等改善泥沙磨蚀的手段和措施,对减轻水轮机磨蚀程度、延长机组运行寿命有一定的参考意义。
