可持续生计框架下失地农民生计恢复策略研究——基于安徽省374户农户的调查

生计恢复策略直接影响着失地农户生计的恢复程度。为了使失地农户选择合理的生计恢复策略,通过对安徽省六安、安庆、淮北市374户失地农民的实地调研,依据生计资本受损特征将失地农民分为8种类型;基于可持续生计框架理论提出可供失地农民选择的4种生计恢复策略。根据各类农户在失地中受到的冲击影响以及对4种生计恢复策略的生计输出和制约因素分析,为不同类型的失地农户提出针对性的生计恢复策略或组合建议,以实现失地农民的最优生计恢复。

Land-lost farmers′livelihood-recovery strategies under sustainable livelihood framework:on the basis of investigation covering 374 rural households in Anhui Province

The livelihood-recovery strategy directly affects the degree of land-lost farmers' livelihood recovery. To select the reasonable livelihood recovery strategy for land-lost farmers, on the basis of the questionnaire survey of 374 rural households in Lu'an, Anqing, Huaibei City, the land-lost farmers are classified into 8 types, and 4 kinds of livelihood-recovery strategies are summarized based on the theory of sustainable livelihood framework. Aiming at the land-lost impacts on various famers and the analysis on livelihood output as well as restriction factors, we put forward pointed measures and their combinations of livelihood recovery, so the optimal livelihood recovery could be realized for lost-land farmers.
