三峡永久船闸衬砌混凝土设计龄期探讨

摘    要:从三峡永久船闸闸室衬墙、输水隧洞和竖井结构的受力特点、运行条件及耐久性要求等方面,分析衬砌结构混凝土利用其后期强度的可行性,从而优化混凝土配合比,减小水泥用量,降低混凝土水化热温升,使夏季浇筑衬砌混凝土能满足永久船闸施工进度的要求。结果表明:闸室衬砌墙混凝土设计标号R28250不算高,不能改为R90250;可将竖井混凝土的设计标号从R28250提高到R90300;隧洞混凝土的设计标号为R28300。可考虑改为R90300。

Abstract:On the basis of stressing characteristics, operational conditions and endurability requirements of the lining chamber walls, filling tunnels and valve shafts of the permanent shiplocks of the Three Gorges Project, the feasibility of utilizing the later strength of the lining structure is analyzed to optimize the mix proportion of concrete, decrease the cement consumption, lower the temperature rise of concrete due to hydration heat, and make it possible that lining concrete is placed in summer to meet the schedule requirement for the construction of the permanent shiplocks. Analyzed results show that the design grade R\- 28 250 of lining concrete used for lock chamber walls is not high, and can not be changed into R\- 90 250; for valve shafts, the design grade of concrete can be upgraded from R\- 28 250 to R\- 90 300; for filling tunnels, the design grade of concrete, R\- 28 300, may be changed into R\- 90 300.
