基于改进PCA的重庆市水资源可持续利用评价

水资源的可持续利用是区域可持续发展的前提和保障。从水资源、社会、经济、生态环境等4个方面,选取了29个指标构建重庆市水资源可持续利用评价指标体系,收集了2005~2014年的相关指标数据,应用改进的主成分分析法(Modified-PCA)进行评价,得出了重庆市近10 a来水资源可持续利用水平的变化状况,并对其主要影响因素进行了分析。根据分析结果,有针对性地提出了进一步推进重庆市水资源可持续利用系统发展的对策。研究成果对谋求水资源、生态环境、经济以及社会的相互协调,实现重庆市可持续发展有一定的积极作用。

Evaluation on water resources sustainable utilization of Chongqing City based on modified principal components analysis

The sustainable utilization of water resources is the prerequisite and guarantee of regional sustainable development. 29 indexes were selected from water resources, society, economy and ecological environment to establish the evaluation index sys-tem of water resources sustainable utilization of Chongqing City. Based on the relevant data from 2005 to 2014, we evaluated the variation tendency of sustainable utilization level of water resources of Chongqing in recent decade by using modified-PCA meth-od. In addition, we analyzed the main influential factors and put frorward some countermeasures to promote the development of water resources sustainable utilization system in Chongqing. The results have positive effects on mutual coordination of water re-sources, ecological environment, economy and society and realization of the sustainable development of Chongqing.
