摘    要:等效龄期法主要应用于实际温度历程下混凝土的抗压强度预测,而对抗拉强度和弹性模量等抗裂性参数的预测却鲜有报道。为进一步完善相应的实验方法,验证用等效龄期法参于测定、计算实际温度历程下混凝土力学性能参数的适用性,通过测试抗冲磨混凝土绝热温升,以实际工程为数值计算模型,获得了温度匹配历程曲线;随后以3种活化能有明显区别的抗冲磨混凝土(FA、FAS、EA)为例,采用ASTM C 1074-04方法测定了其砂浆活化能。基于Arrhenius公式计算混凝土在温度匹配养护(TMC)过程中的等效龄期,结合其标准养护(SC)下抗拉强度和弹性模量的经时发展模型,得到实际温度历程下的力学性能计算值,其结果与采用实际温度历程进行温度匹配养护得到的实测结果较为一致。

Prediction of mechanical properties of anti-abrasion concrete based on equivalent age method
Abstract:Equivalent age method is mainly used to predict compressive strength of concrete under actual temperature, but reports on its application in prediction of tensile strength and elastic modulus are rarely found. In order to further improve related test method and verify its applicability in calculation of the mechanical properties under actual temperature, through measuring adiabatic temperature rising of anti-abrasion concrete, the temperature matching history curve was obtained by establishing a model of actual engineering. Taking three kinds of anti-abrasion concrete with different activation energy (FA, FAS, EA) as the test object, the ASTM C 1074-04 method was used to measure mortar's activation energy. And then based on the Arrhenius equation, the equivalent age of concrete under temperature match curing (TMC) process was calculated. In combination with the gradual model of tensile strength and elastic modulus under standard curing, the mechanical properties under actual temperature history were obtained. The test results are consistent with the measured results under TMC.
