长江流域水资源保护科技创新与发展

摘    要:科技创新是社会发展的重要驱动力。长江流域水资源保护局成立40 a来,围绕水资源保护科技进步服务于水资源管理的实际需要,在水资源保护领域取得了许多开创性的成果。基于对长江流域水资源保护科技发展历程及取得的主要科技创新成果的整理,简要分析了水资源保护科技工作所面临的新形势;对长江流域水资源保护科研的各个发展阶段,以及对长江水质的监测系统、长江水体中污染物的迁移转化规律、长江污染综合防治等方面的研究情况和在水生态保护与修复方面所取得的一些研究成果进行了介绍;同时还展望了未来水资源保护的科技发展前景。

Scientific innovation and development of water resources protection for Yangtze River Basin
Abstract:Scientific innovation is an important driving force for the social development. Since the foundation of Water Resources Protection Bureau of Changjiang Water Resources Commission 40 years ago, the bureau has achieved a lot of innovative achievements in water resources protection field through serving the practical demand of water resources management. Based on review of the development process of scientific and technological development and by sorting out the main scientific innovation achievements, we briefly analyze the situation of scientific and technological work for water resources protection, introduce the development stages of scientific research and the achievements in monitoring system of water quality of Yangtze River, migration and transformation law of water pollutant, overall prevention and control situation of Yangtze River pollution as well as some research achievement in water ecology protection and restoration. Meanwhile, we discuss the development prospect of science and technology of water resources protection.
