P6项目管理平台在水库除险加固工程中的应用

良好的施工优化技术不仅可以使工期提前,而且还能使资源合理利用。以辽宁省清河水库为例,以网络计划技术为基本原理,运用P6软件对大坝工程施工进度和施工资源进行优化,并对软件使用中的创建项目、创建工作的分解结构、增加作业并估算工期、建立作业之间的逻辑关系、进度计算、优化进度和资源负荷分析与资源平衡等实际操作进行了详细说明。通过优化,工程工期提前了24 d,资源错峰避让,达到了理想的优化效果。可为其它水利工程施工优化提供参考。

Application of P6 project management platform in reservoir reinforcement project

Good construction optimization techniques could shorten the construction period and make reasonable use of re-sources. For Qinghe Reservoir in Liaoning Province, we used P6 software to optimize construction process and resources of the dam based on network planning technique. The practical application problems of P6 software, such as project creation and its structure decomposition, work supplement and work time estimation, logical relationship establishment among the works, progress calculation, progress optimization, resources and loading analysis, resources balance, et al. , are illustrated in detail. Through optimization, the project was completed 24 days ahead of schedule and construction resources staggering in construction were real-ized, achieving ideal optimization effect. It could provide reference for construction optimization of other water conservancy pro-ject.
