引调水工程建设的水土流失影响及防治对策——以湖北省鄂北地区水资源配置工程为例

在分析湖北省鄂北地区水资源配置工程建设产生的水土流失基础上,分别提出了勘测设计阶段、施工准备期、施工期及运营期的水土流失防治对策,包括合理调配土石方,合理选址弃土、石渣场及料场,分区采取拦渣、排水、护坡、临时防护、土地整治、绿化等,并按照"三同时"制度加强实施保障措施。相关经验可供类似引调水工程的水土流失治理借鉴。

Influence and prevention countermeasures on soil and water loss in the construction of water diversion project: water transfer projects in Northern Hubei

On the basis of analyzing soil and water loss caused by water transfer project construction in Northern Hubei, a series of prevention countermeasures are proposed for survey and design phase, construction preparation period, construction period and operation period; the methods include rational allocation of earth and stone, reasonable selection of dumping grounds, stone dump yard and material yard, applying measures of retaining slag, drainage, slope protection, temporary protection, land consolidation and forestation to different zones, and strengthening the implementation of protection measures in accordance with the "three simultaneous" system. Relevant experience can be referred to similar projects of preventing water loss and soil erosion.
