小型水电站增效扩容改造方案研究

摘    要:20世纪末所建设的大多数小型水电站经过多年的运行,如今效率低下并且存在着各种安全隐患,急需对其进行增效扩容改造。小型水电站增效扩容改造是一个再创造的过程,受限于电站自身各种因素,改造方案的拟定变得更为复杂。以某小型水电站为例,针对一库多级式电站,就水电站装机容量、水轮机型号、电气设备及其相应的一些自动化设施等关键问题进行了改造方案探讨,制定了有针对性的改造方案。通过合理改造,使两级电站的效益最大化,解决了老旧小型水电站的带病运行的问题。可为此类增效扩容改造工程提供一定的参考。

Abstract:After years of operation, most of the small hydropower stations built at the end of 20th century get inefficient with lots of potential safety problems, and urgently need efficiency-improving and capacity-expanding transformation.The efficiency-improving and capacity-expanding transformation of small hydro-power is a process of recreation and due to the limitation factors of the power station itself, the transformation scheme determination is complex.Taking a hydropower station as an example and aiming at the reservoir with multistage power stations,this paper discusses the feasible transformation scheme targeted at the key problem of installation capacity, hydro-turbine selection, electrical equipment and the corresponding automation facilities.The reasonable transformation can achieve the maximum benefits of power plants and improve the operation environment.The transformation scheme can provide reference for similar projects.
