超长引水隧洞施工期通风措施研究——以巴基斯坦N-J水电工程为例

摘    要:在水电工程的隧洞开挖中,通风技术方案是否合理对工程的顺利实施至关重要。在分析N-J水电工程引水隧洞施工通风技术难点的基础上,分别以独头掘进段、继续掘进段及TBM段施工通风为例,介绍了该工程通风设备选型及技术方案设计方面的经验。工程实践表明,对长距离隧洞采用大功率轴流风机进行压入式通风,具有系统布设简单、效率高的特点,而且能节约施工成本与工期,对类似工程具有借鉴意义。

Research on ventilation measures in construction period of super-long diversion tunnel:case of N-J hydropower project in Pakistan
Abstract:In the tunnel excavation of hydropower projects, the ventilation rationality is crucial important to the smooth con-struction. On the basis of analyzing the ventilation technical difficulties of N-J Project's water diversion tunnel in Pakistan, and taking the ventilations of the blind tunneling section, successive tunneling section and TBM tunneling construction as cases, we introduced the experience in ventilation equipment selection and technical scheme design. The practice shows that pressing-ven-tilation by large-power axial flow fan for long distance tunnel is characterized as simple layout, high efficiency, low cost and short construction term. The experience could provide reference for similar projects.
