摘    要:施工企业市场竞争已成为企业供应链之间的竞争,供应商选择又是供应链构建的核心。为了增强施工企业供应链整体竞争力,基于供应链管理思想,结合工程实际情况,构建了包括8个指标的供应商综合评价指标体系,将熵值法和多目标加权灰靶决策法相结合,构造了供应商评价决策模型。通过计算比较,选出了最优合作伙伴。以南水北调东线一期工程的某单项工程为例,验证了指标体系和评价决策的有效性,并证明该评价方法可供工程建设实践参考应用。

Abstract:The market competition of construction enterprises has become a competition of the supply chain,and supplier selection is the core of formation of the supply chains.In order to enhance the whole competitiveness of supply chains of construction enterprises,a comprehensive evaluation index system including eight indexes is built based on the concept of supply chain and the engineering practice,and a supplier-selecting method is established through the combination of entropy method and multi-objective weighted grey target decision.In this way,the optimized cooperative partner can be selected by the computation and comparison.The validity of the index system and the selection method is verified by a single project in the Stage I Eastern Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion.
