新形势下水环境监测工作思考

2011年底国务院批复了《全国重要江河湖库重要水功能区划》,其后水利部提出了2012年重要水功能区监测覆盖率达到60%、2015年达到80%以上、2012年省界监测覆盖率达到100%的阶段目标。对照水利部的要求,分析了当前长江流域水环境与省界水体监测现状、取得的成绩以及水环境监测工作面临的问题和工作难点,提出了今后一个时期水环境监测工作的重点及突破口。

Consideration on water environmental monitoring under new situation

The National Important Rivers and Lakes Function Zone was approved by the State Council in the end of 2011,and then the stage goals on monitoring the important water function zones by 2012 year were put forward by Water Resources of Ministry as follows: covering ratio of 60% and 80% for important water function zone by 2012 and 2015,100% for provincial boundary water body.According to the requirement of Water Resource of Ministry,the monitoring situation of water environment and provincial boundary water body,the achievement,problems and difficulties at present are analyzed,and the important points and breakthrough in water environment monitoring work in the later period is suggested.
