丹江口库区小流域综合治理效益评价

合理评价丹江口库区及上游地区开展的多项水土保持治理工程对后期工程的进一步实施和推广具有很强的指导意义。以丹江口库区胡家山小流域为例,采用层次分析法构建指标评价体系,对主要水土保持措施和综合治理综合效益进行了评价。研究结果表明:小流域综合治理7 a后,其综合效益、生态效益、社会效益以及经济效益均得到不同程度提高,其中经济林综合效益最为显著。为此提出,库区应适当提倡经济林种植,加大投资力度以改善坡耕地现状,实施以土坎梯田为主、石坎梯田和植物篱为辅的水土保持措施。研究结果可为丹江口库区小流域水土保持生态修复工程的实施提供一定科学依据。

Benefit evaluation on comprehensive harnessing in small watershed in Danjiangkou reservoir area

It is of great guiding significance to evaluate multiple soil and water conservation works in Danjiangkou reservoir area and its upper reaches for further implementing and promoting the later stages of the construction. Taking Hujiashan small watershed in Danjiangkou reservoir area as a case, analytical hierarchy process method is used to establish an evaluation index system for assessing the effectiveness of soil and water conservation measures and comprehensive harnessing. The results show that after seven years of comprehensive treatment for the small watershed, the comprehensive, ecological, economic and social benefits are improved in a large degree, especially, the economic forest benefit is the most significant. It is recommended that more economic forest should be planted, investments should be encouraged to improve sloping farmland, and ridges of terraced fields should be taken as primary measure for soil and water conservation by the supplementary measures of stone dike terrace and hedgerow.
