In the construction process of the power station's tender No.2 works, since remarkable increases in work amount and frequent changes had extensive influence on construction procedures and construction technologies, some feasible methods such as signing supplementary agreements through consultation, reformulating construction design and prices, estimating work amount by working time were used to treat various project changes, making many difficult issues in construction contract management be properly settled.
