三峡水库调洪运用对寸滩站水位流量关系影响

摘    要:2010年7月,长江上游发生1987年以来最大洪水,长江中下游防洪形势较为紧张,三峡水库实施了自蓄水以来的首次大幅度拦洪削峰调度运用。针对重庆地区的淹没究竟是上游来水影响还是三峡水库调度运用回水所致这一焦点问题,选择近年寸滩站发生较大洪水的年份与历年综合水位流量关系线进行对比分析;再通过建立三峡水库动力学模型,模拟以流量为参数的三峡坝前水位与寸滩水位的关系,结果表明,三峡水库防洪调度运用不会对重庆的防洪产生较大影响。
