| 摘 要： | 本文简单介绍了盲信息的概念，说明了大坝安全监控综合评判中的影响因子及评判结果都是一种盲信息。在介绍盲数定义的基础上，首次将盲信息的处理运用到大坝安全监控综合评判的工程实例中。结合小浪底观测项目，运用盲数的运算法则，对决定综合评判结果的各影响因子进行盲数相加求平均，得到了较为科学合理的评判结果，表明盲数在大坝安全监控的综合评判中有较好的实用价值。

| Abstract: | In this paper the concept of blind information is introduced,the blind information in dam safety comprehensive assessment is analyzed. Based on introducing the definition of blind data, the process method of blind information is applied to the practice on dam comprehensive assessment. With the observation items in Xiaolangdi Project,combined with the operation principles used, the blind data of several types of influencing factors determining the assessment result are averaged and the scientific and reasonable assessment result is acquired. It is verified that the blind data have good values in dam safety comprehensive assessment. |
