摘    要:随着我国大江大河高坝大水库工程的大量修建,特别是在施工导流过程中坝体临时挡水度汛、水库蓄水、临时导流泄水建筑物的分层设置等十分复杂问题的产生和解决,使得施工导流设计和施工的内涵也得到了很大的扩展和延伸。在"十一五"国家科技支撑计划项目课题中,通过大型水利水电工程导截流标准研究,提出了合理划分高坝大库水电工程初期、中期和后期导流的依据与原则。

Abstract:As more construction of high dams and large reservoirs, the occurrence and solving of some complex problems such as temporary flood protection by dam body, reservoir filling, layer set of temporary diversion discharge structure ex- tend the connotation of diversion design and construction. This paper introduced the research on standards for diversion and river closure. As well, some principles about reasonable division of initial, middle stage and later stage for hydropower project with high dam and large reservoir were put forward.
