| Abstract: | The new developments the dams and reservoirs are facing have been stated in this paper.Moreover,the technology of risk assessment and risk management appling to dam and reservoir safety are introduced,particularly for small reservoirs.Finally,the authors pay much attention to the the monitoring technology for flood-control and disaster reducing and water resources. |
