钱塘江河口健康内涵的探讨

将河流健康的概念拓展至河口,指出河口健康内涵应该在维持良好的生态与环境基础上,人类节约利用水资源和精细利用河口资源的条件下,充分发挥河口为人类服务的各项功能。从该理念出发,结合钱塘江河口实际,将河口分为近口段、河口段、口外海滨段3个河段,根据各段的自然特征和水体功能等,探讨各河段现阶段的健康内涵。

Exploration and Discussion on the Connotation of Qiantang Estuary Health

Concept of river health is expanded to estuary in this paper.In our opinion,the connotation of the estuarine health should be made to achieve a win-win strategy between the eatuary and its vicinal society.That is we should not only maintain good ecology and environment,but also gain full benefit from the estuary.From this perspective,we studied the connotation of the health of the Qiantang River estuary.According to the tidal regime,the Qiantang River estuary was divided into three sections: nearshore turbid zone,mixing zone and tidal river zone.Based on the characteristics and human requirements of each section in the present stage,we discussed the connotation of health for each section.
