| 摘 要： | 流域水资源承载力指标体系的建立是研究流域水资源总量的重要手段。系统地论述了建立流域水资源承载力指标体系的原则与方法，并根据钱塘江流域水资源特性构建了流域水资源承载力指标体系，提出了流域水资源承载力评判指标，包括流域水资源承载指标、压力指标及承载度指标的计算方法，对于评判流域水资源承载状态具重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | The establishment of index system on basin water resources carrying capacity is an important mean to study total water in river basin.This paper proposes the principles and methods to establish index system of basin water resources carrying capacity,establishes index system of basin water resources carrying capacity according to the characteristic of water resources in Qiantang River basin,and introduces a judge index of basin water resources carrying capacity including the calculation method of basin water resources carrying index,pressure index and carrying degrees index.It is significant to judge the state of basin water resources carrying. |
