| Abstract: | This paper discusses how 3D GIS technology is applied to the site selection of hydraulic engineering, and realizes its request with the ArcGIS 3D analyse module. Some basic conceptions and the data models of 3D GIS are discussed. The collection of spatial data in the site selection of water conservancy works is analyzed. The analyzing functions of 3D GIS in the application of site selection of hydraulic engineering are discusses. |
