| 摘 要： | 分析了水文学法、历史水灾法和水力学法在小流域洪水风险分析中的适用性。为了对小流域洪水风险进行有效的管理,预防损失的发生和减少损失发生的影响程度,需要进行小流域洪水风险分区,绘制小流域洪水风险图。以浦江县中余溪小流域洪水风险图编制为例,着重介绍基于一维水力学法的小流域洪水风险图编制方法。
