对三峡工程有关问题的认识

三峡工程经过近半个世纪的研究，现在已经正式开工兴建。三峡工程经过充分论证，得出的结论是：兴建三峡工程，在技术上是可行的，在经济上是合理的。然而在论证过程中，社会各界人士对某些有关问题感到担心和疑虑，也许这些问题现在还有人未彻底认识清楚。本文就下列问题谈谈我们的认识：泥沙问题、水库诱发地震和库岸稳定问题。战时大坝安全问题、生态与环境问题和水库移民安置问题。

Knowledge of problems related to Three Gorges Project

Through studies for almost half century, the Three Gorges Project has started to build. Three Gorges Project was fully justified, and the conclusion obtained from justification is that construction of Three Gorges Project is feasible in technology and reasonable in economy. During the justifying process,however, some people from social circles were concerned for certain problems about construction of three Gorges Project, and now some of them would not thoroughly understand these problems yet. This paper sets forth our knowledges on the following problems: reservoir sedimentation, induced earthquake and reservoir bank stability, dam safety in case of a war, ecology and environment, and resettlement of relocatees.
