摘    要:采用电吸附除盐设备,对首秦公司废水处理厂出水除盐,处理能力为2.2m3/h。试验主要分为两个阶段,第一阶段为一级处理,试验结果表明产水率达到78.4%,平均除盐率达到82%。第二阶段为两级处理,总产水率为85.8%,除盐率超过85%,同时两阶段试验表明电吸附技术对氟离子、氯离子以及硬度均有比较好的去除效果。

Abstract:Desalination was performed to effluent from wastewater treatment plant of Shouqin Company by electro-absorption technique with treating capacity of 2.2 m3/h.Two steps included in the experiment,the primary treatment and the second treatment.By primary treatment,the water yield rate reached 78.4%,and the average desalination rate reached 82%.By second treatment,the overall water yield was 85.8%,and the desalination rate beyond 85%.Furthermore,the results indicated that electro-absorption technique was well-tried for removal of fluorinion,chloridion and hardness.
