吸水流道在长桥水厂二级泵房的应用

摘    要:给水厂二级泵房离心泵一般采用吸水井吸水。吸水井尺寸较大、混凝土用量较多流态较 差,而且需考虑抗浮,因此整体费用较高。在长桥水厂改造中,结合渠道输水,借鉴大型立式泵常用 的前池和流道形式,设计了埋地式吸水流道,代替常规吸水井。改善了吸水流态,减小占地,节省抗 浮费用,增加了绿化面积。

Abstract:Water absorbing well is often adopted to feed the centrifugal pumps in secondary pumping station of waterworks, but the well is big-size with disadvantages of bad flow state and up-floating. In the reconstruction of Changqiao Waterworks, an underground water abstractive flow passage was designed to replace the routine absorbing well. It is small-size with improved flow state. Also the anti-floating expenses was saved and the green area was expanded.
