摘    要:在现有研究成果的基础上,考虑我国的污水处理特点,强调监管部门提出的节能降耗要求,给出了一套新的控制策略性能综合评价指标体系.该指标体系由目标层、变量层和指标层构成,指标层为最底层,含有9个可量化的指标,分别为达标因子、超标因子、能耗因子、物耗因子、受控变量追踪失败因子、操作频繁因子、操作幅度因子、出水峰值因子、出水波动因子.给出了单个指标计算方法以及性能评价综合指数计算方法.以曝气单元的DO末端控制和沿程控制策略评价比较为例,对该指标体系进行了案例应用,证明了该指标体系的实用性和可操作性.
