城市居住社区雨水径流面源污染控制潜力评价

摘    要:针对城市居住社区海绵城市建设中对雨水面源污染控制能力分析的需求,采用物元可拓-层次分析的数学模型,构建适合城市居住社区的雨水径流面源污染控制潜力的评价指标体系和评价方法,并对上海浦东某已建居住社区的海绵城市改造方案进行了分析。结果显示,通过该设计方案的改造后,居住社区的雨水径流面源污染控制综合评价指数从55提升到82,对径流污染削减能力显著提高。这一评价方法可为城市居住社区等区域径流污染削减现状分析与相应的海绵化改造项目方案的比选与优化提供参考依据。

Abstract:Based on the status quo and demand of sponge city construction,a mathematical model of matter-element extension and analytic hierarchy process was adopted to construct an evaluation index system for the control potentiality of runoff non-point source pollution in urban residential communities.The assessment method was used to analyze the reconstruction plan of sponge city in a built residential community in Pudong New Area,Shanghai.The result shows that after renovation plan,the comprehensive evaluation index of runoff non-point source pollution control is raised from 55 to 82,and the runoff pollution reduction capability is significantly improved.This assessment method can provide reference for the analysis of the status quo of runoff pollution reduction in urban residential area and the comparison and optimization of corresponding sponge transformation projects.
