摘    要:以深圳市某片区排水管道为研究对象,介绍了局部树脂固化法、紫外光原位固化技术、人工喷涂聚氨酯技术和内衬钢套管技术等非开挖修复技术的工艺流程、技术特点、设计内容和修复效果。实践结果表明,非开挖修复技术需根据管道缺陷情况进行合理选择,修复后形成的内衬管可有效保证管道结构、功能的恢复,具有良好的社会、经济效益。

Abstract:Taking the sewer pipeline in Shenzhen as an example, the application of four rehabilitation technologies was introduced, including partial resin curing, ultraviolet light cured-in-place pipe, polyurethane coating and steel lining. The process, features, design contents and remediation effect were expounded. The results show that trenchless rehabilitation technology can promote the structural and functional recovery of pipeline by selecting the technology based on the defects of sewer pipeline. And it has good economic and social effect.
