桐乡市高层住宅二次供水管理体制改革的践行与探索

高层住宅二次供水矛盾日益凸显,桐乡市水务集团于2016年率先完成了全市高层住宅二次供水设施改造和接管工作,全面提升了二次供水水质并实现管水到户。以桐乡市高层住宅二次供水管理体制改革为例,分析了改革前存在的问题,详细介绍了二次供水改革措施及取得成果,并提出了长效管理机制,为我国高层住宅二次供水管理体制改革提供借鉴和参考。

Practice and exploration on the management reform of the secondary water supply in the high-rise residential buildings of Tongxiang City

The contradiction of secondary water supply in the high-rise residential buildings has become increasingly prominent. Tongxiang Water Group have taken the initiative to complete the reconstruction and take over of secondary water supply facilities in the high-rise residential buildings in the city in 2016, which comprehensively improved the secondary water supply quality and supplied water to household. This paper took the management reform of the secondary water supply in the high-rise residential buildings of Tongxiang City as an example to analyze the prob-lems before the reform, and introduce the reform measures of secondary water supply system and the achieving results. The long-term management mechanisms have been proposed. This case project will provide some guides and references for the management system reform of secondary water supply in the high-rise buildings in China.
