摘    要:应用土著微生物培养液和BBL1菌剂,采用投菌法对富营养化人工景观湖水进行净化试验,分别考察了曝气、载体和底泥对净化效果的影响。试验结果表明,含有生物促生剂的土著微生物培养液和BBL1菌剂均能降低水中的CODCr、氨氮、总磷和浊度,在有载体的状态下,其净化作用更为显著,底泥的存在强化了BBL1菌剂对氨氮的去除,其去除率大于90%,BBL1菌剂对曝气的敏感性大于土著微生物菌剂。实际试验的结果表明,BBL1菌剂能有效地对受污染的景观池水进行生物修复,处理后的池水清澈,水体中的溶解氧浓度显著提高,所用生物促生剂不含外来微生物,对人体和鱼类无毒性。

Abstract:Aboriginal bacteria and bacterial agent BBL1 were applied into the eutrophicated lake to degrade the pollutants in this water body. It was observed the effects of aeration, carrier and sediment on water purification. The result showed that the bacteria containing the bio-energizer could reduce the contents of CODCr, NH3 - N, TP and turbidity in the water, and the purification result was better with carrier. The sediment could enhance the removal of NH3 -N to 90% or more with the application of bacterial agent BBL1. The result also proved that the effect of aeration on BBL1 was more sensitive than on aboriginal bacteria. The treated water body looks clear and algae-free with increased DO level after one-month of experiment. The agent applied does not contain any adventitious strains, and it is harmless to person and fishes.
