摘    要:混凝沉淀的运行参数可以直接影响混凝沉淀的效果,针对某再生水厂的工艺特点与实际情况,通过L25(5)6正交试验确定了最佳搅拌强度和聚氯化铝(PAC)投药量范围,并利用生产性试验验证,得到优化的混凝沉淀运行参数。将优化结果应用于实际生产运行,混凝沉淀效果得到明显改善。

Abstract:The parameters of coagulation process could affact the efficiency of the coagulation directly.An L25(5)6 orthogonal test was employed to analyze the best range of Polymeric Aluminium Chloride(PAC) dosage and stirring intensity of a reclaimed water plant.According to the results,a productive test was employed and decided a set of optimization parameters of coagulation process.After a period of production operation,coagulation process showed better performance than before.
