搅拌槽内挡板对搅拌效果的数值模拟

摘    要:挡板大量用于工业搅拌设备中,对于挡板的研究目前大多采用试验方法,而使用数值模拟软件模拟挡板对搅拌效果影响的研究很少。对搅拌槽在不同挡板系数下的搅拌效果进行了整体数值模拟,成功模拟了槽内流体的湍流强度和流动分布,比较了不同挡板系数下的搅拌功率。结果表明,当挡板系数增加时,搅拌功率也增加,当挡板系数增加到一定程度时,搅拌功率不再增加,数值模拟结果与文献试验结果有很好的一致性。

Abstract:Baffle is largely used in industrial mixing equipments.The present studies of baffle rely mainly on experimental methods,and the studies of using numerical simulation software to simulate baffle mixing effects are rare.This study simulates the whole mixing effect depending on different baffle coefficient in stirred tank,successfully simulates turbulence intensity and flow distribution of fluid in tank,and compares different stirring power according to different baffle coefficient.The result shows that,when ...
