百色水利枢纽工程规划中的几个重点问题

摘    要:在百色水利枢纽工程规划中,在确定防洪库容时,对右江南宁站以上流域分5个单元进行11场灾害性洪水的地区组成分析,根据设计洪水地区组成得到的几十场洪水过程,经调度计算,采用16.4亿m3作为百色水库的设计防洪库容;关于防洪高水位,通过经济指标计算,综合考虑移民迁安因素,推荐防洪高水位228m方案,汛期限制水位为214m;关于电站装机规模,经过经济论证比较、电力电量平衡分析以及电站下游不稳定流影响分析,选用装机容量为54万kW;关于水库运行方式,利用54年实测水文资料进行兴利与防洪结合的长系列连续操作,绘制出水库运行调度图.

Abstract:In the planning of Baise Project, in order to determine its flood control storage, analysis of regional components of 11 disastrous floods were carried out for the Youjiang River Basin above Nanning station divided into 5 elements. Based on regional components of design flood scores of flood hydrographs were obtained. According to calculation the flood control storage for Banise Project was designed to be 1. 64 billion m3. Through computation of economic indices in combination with resettlement factor, the flood control high waler level was recommended to be 228m and the limit water level during flood period to be 214m. For the size of hydropower station , through economic demonstration demonstration and comparison, and comparison, analysis of balance between power output and load, analysis of the effect of unstable flow downstream the hydropwer station ,the installed capacity was selected to be 540MW.For the operation modes of reservoir, based on hydrologic data observed in 54 years, longterm continuous operation of active storage in combination with flood control storage was carried out to map out the reservoir operation charts.
